Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a product has been delivered.

Physical Products
We accept returns and exchanges within **15 days of delivery**.

To be eligible:

* Item must be unused and in original condition
* Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos, and we will make it right.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
